I immigrated from the Philippines as a child, grew up in San Jose, California and received a bachelor’s degree in Human Development from UC Davis. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Intercultural Studies with an emphasis in Children-at-Risk from Fuller Seminary and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Fuller School of Psychology & Marriage and Family Therapy. Before my career shift into psychology, I worked for 10 years on the island of Kauai in non-profit, social service and school-based organizations. I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan including children, adolescents and adults. Outside of the therapy chair, you can usually find me engaging in outdoor activities with my husband.
I currently provide telehealth psychological services within Hawaii.
